Thank you so much for surfing your way to our move-in page for Thrive. We are so excited to meet you and welcome you to the Thrive family. We want to make sure that your move-in experience is the best in Lubbock. To help us facilitate a smooth move-in experience please make sure that you have completed all move-in forms and returned them to our office before July 31st. Below you will find links to the move-in forms should you need additional copies.


If you are unsure if you have turned your forms into the office, please contact us to double-check. Once we have received all your move-in forms, and your first month’s rent, we will send you an Express move-in Ticket. This ticket will allow you to walk into the office, show us your photo ID, pick up keys and then start moving in! If you do not submit all required documents and your payment before your scheduled move-in time, you will experience a delay in receiving your keys. We must have all your paperwork and payment before you are allowed to move in.

What is Express Check-in?

Move-in day is going to be hectic with so many exciting future Thrivers! To expedite your move-in process, please complete all move-in forms and return them to our office with your first rental installment. Once we receive all pertinent information, we will send you an “Express Check-in Ticket” which allows you to pick up the key during your scheduled move-in time without any additional delays.


Scheduling your Move-in Day and Time

To streamline the move-in process for all our residents and maintain order during move-in – we are scheduling 15 move-ins per hour throughout the day on 08/18/2021 through 08/22/2021. Mitigating the number of move-ins in the office at one time will better help the flow of traffic on move-in day. As residents will have many people helping them move in, delaying the number of residents moving in at once creates more space to facilitate a faster move-in experience by avoiding heavy traffic and congestion of people moving up and downstairs for move in. We will work as efficiently as possible to process all move-ins in a timely manner. However, if you show up to move in before your scheduled move-in time, you will have to wait until we have provided service to the scheduled move in’s.



Move in Forms and documents that must be submitted to qualify for Express Check in:

• Photo ID of resident
• Guarantors ID (if applicable)
• Official Financial Aid aware letter from your schools Financial Aid department (if applicable)
• Proof of Renters Insurance ($100,000 min. liability)
• Pet Documents – please remember that your pet fee of $250 can be waived if your renter’s insurance includes pet coverage that will cover the cost of damages due to your pet.
• Signed Community Rules
• Parking Registration for your vehicle
