What is included in rent?Your monthly rent includes internet and trash. The tenant is responsible for water/sewer and electricity. Water/sewer and electricity will be billed separately each month from the local utility company through Thrive.

Do I have to move out over Christmas and summer break?No, our lease term is from August 15th through July 31st.

Can I bring my cat or dog?Yes! Thrive in Lubbock is pet friendly and features one of Lubbock’s largest dog park.

How long is the lease agreement?All leases last for 12 equal installments beginning on the day of move in.

When is rent due?Each installment is due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee is applied on the 4th with a $10 fee for each consecutive day late.

Where/How long does the shuttle bus run?Thrive Lubbock is located on the North West Route. The bus runs by our property every 12 minutes from 7:00AM to 8:00PM.

What ways can I qualify to sign a lease?There are five ways to qualify to sign a lease at Thrive.
- Self Qualify: Must have an approved credit score. Must have an income of 3 times the rental amount/month. Must have proof of income
- Guarantor: Have someone apply to be financially responsible for the lease term. Must have an approved credit score. Must have an income of 3 times the rental amount/month. Must sign Guarantor form.
- Financial Aid: Must pay a deferral fee of $200. Must pay August-January/February-July rental installments in full when refund check arrives.

Are the apartments fully furnished?- The living room furniture includes: Sofa, Oversized Living Chair, Coffee Table, End Table, Entertainment Center, Dining Room Table & Chairs (4 Bedroom Floor Plan Only), Bar Stools (1, 2, 3 Floor Plans Only).
- The Kitchen Includes:Fridge, Mounted Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer.
- The bedroom furniture includes: Full Size Bed to Full XL Bed, Computer Desk, Desk Chair,and Dresser.
